We have a different philosophy than many other groups.  We believe that family and free time are as important as your job.  Therefore, we offer a chance to work part time or full time and even commute to our practice for 2-4 days/week and then go home.  We enjoy each other’s company immensely and have fun at work while taking care of patients. We don’t believe in a “non-compete” clause in your job with us.  You should be happy and if you’re not, then feel free to leave at anytime.  We have three beautiful offices however, you typically would spend most of your time in one office.  Also, we will give you a computer so you can do your work from home, if you wish.  We believe in paying very well.   We also don’t believe in basing your salary on a “bonus” structure.  Why?  Well, we don’t want you to worry about what you're bringing in, which insurance your patient has, who is doing your billing, etc.  We know all of our doctors work hard and shouldn’t have to worry about what they are billing/collecting.  Typically, for each day per week that you work, you will receive $100,000/year.  For example, if you want to work 5 days/week, you would START at $500,000/year.  This would increase each year that you are with us.  Also, we would give you a signing bonus of $50,000.
