Dr.Keeler and his nurses are the only people who have made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my entire high risk pregnancy. They are thorough and they make sure to explain anything and everything that they need to.

Dr. Wilkes is amazing. He is very professional and competent. He takes the time to listen to all your questions and make sure you understand everything the whole way through the process. He gives you options and lets you make informed decisions of what is best for you and your family. Great bedside manner

Everyone is really nice and caring. I’ve noticed they were possibly short staffed at both the Summerlin and Fort Apache locations a few times, where it takes a long time to be seen. One time they put me in the room to be monitored but never actually saw a nurse to hook me up to the machine so I sat there for 20 minutes until the provider came in and saw me. Another time I waited a while to be hooked up to the monitor and I had to go find a nurse after waiting for more than 10 minutes. They also don’t really inform me on what’s going on like when my next PR interval checks are, etc for upcoming appointments. I feel like they could be more communicative and I feel like a provider could be more involved. I’m just happy they do the ultrasounds and make sure my baby is healthy.

Ultrasound tech wasn't very helpful. Didn't really explain what we were looking at and just kept repeating she needed to do her job and spoke to the machine she was having trouble with mostly. Would have liked to know more information but my questions went unanswered most of the time.
