Rachel Abalos was great. Very knowledgeable & took her time answering all my questions without rushing out the door. Front desk is fast at checking in, well experience. Although when I scheduled my appointment, not sure if it was a callcenter or what, but I had some difficulty with the girls who scheduled. The first one was rude & said because my referral didn’t mark any urgency, she couldn’t schedule me and they were booked out until mid August. After I let my OBGYN know at Southwest medical, they reached out to them, and the second person they spoke to was lying about me saying, I rejected an opening for an ultrasound that upcoming week & I didn’t want it. Which is not true, knowing the urgency of my appointment, I would’ve never sent the message out to my OBGYN if the appointment was offered. The southwest medical associate told me that I need to call on my own and schedule it after she informed them about me. So when I did call, the lady said she needed a name. She couldn’t help me and schedule it because I needed a name of someone in the office she had spoken to. She was short and rude almost hung up my call. After she Hesitated. She went in the back, and asked, who had spoken to the southwest medical associate, she found out who it was, and was able to schedule me after giving me all that hard time. Not one but 3 girls. Unprofessional.

Dr Keeler was amazing! He put all my nerves at ease. He listened to every question and concern I had and addressed each and every one with a thorough answer or explanation. I left the office feeling so confident in his opinions and care. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

She is so sweet and really takes her time to go over results/care plan. Great bed side manners. And she took my personal feelings into consideration and made me feel heard/safe.

She did not introduce herself. She came in started telling me I needed to be seen more, didn't explain anything and basically spoke to the wall the whole time. Hard to understand and lacked any and all bedside manner.

Dr. Giacobbe is very caring of all her patients and explains concerns extremely well without creating fear in her patients. I highly recommend !

Dr. Khine is an amazing doctor and is very knowledgeable. She listens and answers every question. She has patience and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I wish I could keep her forever!
