The receptionist was extremely rude. Dr. Keeler, nurse Tiffany, and the phlebotomist were amazing. Upon walking in for my appointment she told me I owe $630 or I won’t be seen. I’m in a payment plan with my doctor so I told her I’d be right back from calling to see if my doctor still wants me to be seen by high risk because I was going to be released. I came back in 10 minutes and she told me I’ve now missed my appointment. I understand policies but her delivery was disrespectful and I left the office in a panic attack. My first son almost died and you don’t know patient’s stories. The office manager came out to my car and told me I’d be seen if I paid half ($315) so I paid but on my way out they tried to tell me I owed $35 more and if I don’t pay they’ll just tack it on to the other half in 14 days. My original appointment was at 8am and I left there at 12 noon. I will not be back to that location. I suggest training your staff on cultural competency and that your tone is everything when talking to people.

I have been very, very pleased with Dr. Keeler! He has been very positive throughout the entire pregnancy and was ready to sit and answer any questions that I had. Even if he didn't have them he had no problem finding me an answer but for the most part, he knows what he's doing and what we are going through to the best of his ability. I highly recommend him if you every feel weary of going through a high risk pregnancy, especially for the first time.
